        Introduced  by  Sen.  MYRIE  -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Crime Victims,  Crime  and
          Correction

        AN  ACT to repeal subdivision 6 of section 3502 of the public health law
          relating to the use of certain  body  imaging  scanning  equipment  at
          local correctional facilities

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. Subdivision 6 of section 3502 of the public health  law  is
     2  REPEALED.
     3    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
