FLANAGAN, BALL, BOYLE, DeFRANCISCO, GOLDEN, HANNON, KLEIN, LARKIN, LAVALLE, LIBOUS, MARCELLINO, MARTINS, SAVINO, ZELDIN -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Finance AN ACT making an appropriation to pay Debra E. Conte, widow of the late James D. Conte, member of the Assembly from the 10th assembly district, the balance due of his unpaid annual compensation for a portion of the year 2012 THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: 1 Section 1. The sum of nineteen thousand two hundred thirty dollars and 2 eighty-five cents ($19,230.85) is hereby appropriated out of any moneys 3 in the general fund of the state treasury to the credit of the state 4 purposes account not otherwise appropriated, for payment to Debra E. 5 Conte, the widow of the late James D. Conte, member of the assembly from 6 the 10th assembly district, who died on the 16th day of October 2012, 7 for the balance due of the unpaid annual compensation which would have 8 been earned by him had he continued to live and serve as such member 9 until the 31st day of December, 2012. The amount hereby appropriated 10 shall be payable to Debra E. Conte on the audit and warrant of the comp- 11 troller on a voucher certified or approved in the manner prescribed by 12 law. 13 S 2.
