       Introduced  by  Sen.  YOUNG  -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
         printed to be committed to the Committee on Local Government -- recom-
         mitted to the Committee on Local Government in accordance with  Senate
         Rule  6,  sec.  8  --  committee  discharged,  bill  amended,  ordered
         reprinted as amended and recommitted to said committee
       AN ACT to amend the real property tax law, in relation to the payment of
         taxes on certain state lands in the town of Ellery, in the  county  of
         Chautauqua
         THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section 1.  Section 532 of the real property tax  law  is  amended  by
    2  adding a new subdivision (k) to read as follows:
    3    (K)  THE  PARCEL OF LAND, KNOWN AS MIDWAY PARK, LOCATED IN THE TOWN OF
    4  ELLERY, CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY, OWNED BY THE STATE AND SUBJECT TO THE  JURIS-
    5  DICTION  OF  THE  OFFICE OF PARKS, RECREATION AND HISTORIC PRESERVATION,
    6  EXCLUSIVE OF IMPROVEMENTS ERECTED THEREON.
    7    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately and the first  payment  of
    8  state aid shall be based upon assessment rolls completed in 2011.
