        Introduced  by  Sens.  BORRELLO, LANZA, MATTERA, OBERACKER, WEIK -- read
          twice and ordered printed, and when printed to  be  committed  to  the
          Committee on Health

        AN  ACT  to  prohibit  a government entity from requiring individuals to
          receive a COVID-19 vaccine

          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section  1.  1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, regulation
     2  or executive order to the contrary, no state or local government entity,
     3  or its political subdivisions, agents, or assigns, shall be permitted to
     4  require any individual to receive a COVID-19 vaccine.
     5    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
