HANNON -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Health AN ACT to direct state agencies which apply for federal medical assist- ance waivers to post the status of such applications on the agency's internet website THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: 1 Section 1. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, every 2 state agency, including but not limited to the department of health, 3 which applies for a federal medical assistance waiver shall post and 4 make available to the public on such agency's internet website the 5 application for such waiver, the current status thereof, and whether it 6 has been approved or disapproved. 7 S 2.
