        Introduced  by  COMMITTEE  ON  RULES  -- (at request of M. of A. Paulin,
          Dinowitz, Englebright, Burdick, Abinanti, Cusick, Taylor, Fall, Glick,
          Quart, Fernandez, Niou, Burgos, Reilly) -- read once and  referred  to
          the  Committee on Corporations, Authorities and Commissions -- commit-
          tee discharged, bill amended, ordered reprinted as amended and  recom-
          mitted to said committee

        AN  ACT  to  amend  the  public  service  law, in relation to protecting
          collective bargaining agreements between public service companies  and
          their employees

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section  1. Section 119-a of the public  service  law  is  amended  by
     2  adding a new subdivision 5 to read as follows:
     3    5.  Nothing in this section shall be construed to authorize the public
     4  service commission to interfere in any manner with provisions of collec-
     5  tive bargaining agreements relating to pole attachment  work  between  a
     6  utility corporation, telephone corporation, cable television corporation
     7  or  any entity subject to article eleven of this chapter and its employ-
     8  ees.
     9    § 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
