        AN ACT to amend the real property law, in relation to defining  a  manu-
          factured home park
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section 1. Paragraph 3 of subdivision a of section  233  of  the  real
     2  property  law, as amended by chapter 566 of the laws of 1996, is amended
     3  to read as follows:
     4    3. The term "manufactured home park"  means  a  contiguous  parcel  of
     5  privately  owned  land  which  is used for the accommodation of three or
     6  more manufactured homes occupied [for year-round living] as a residence.
     7    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
         EXPLANATION--Matter in italics (underscored) is new; matter in brackets
                              [ ] is old law to be omitted.
