       AN ACT to amend the executive law, in relation to  declaring  Canadarago
         lake  as a major inland lake for purposes of inclusion in a waterfront
         revitalization program
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section 1. Paragraph (a) of subdivision 4 of section 911 of the execu-
    2  tive  law,  as amended by chapter 166 of the laws of 2011, is amended to
    3  read as follows:
    4    (a) the state's major inland lakes consisting  of  lakes  Big  Tupper,
    5  Black,  CANADARAGO, Canandaigua, Cayuga, Champlain, Chautauqua, Conesus,
    6  Cranberry,  George,  Great  Sacandaga,  Honoeye,  Indian,  Keuka,  Long,
    7  Mirror,  Oneida,  Onondaga,  Otisco,  Otsego,  Owasco, Placid, Raquette,
    8  Ronkonkoma, Sacandaga, Saratoga, Schroon,  Seneca,  Skaneateles,  Silver
    9  (in the county of Wyoming) and Saranac, and the Fulton chain of lakes;
   10    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
