       Introduced by M. of A. SILVER, GLICK, KAVANAGH, BRENNAN -- read once and
         referred to the Committee on Cities
       AN  ACT  to  amend chapter 259 of the laws of 2004, relating to enacting
         the Coordinated Construction Act for Lower Manhattan, in  relation  to
         the effectiveness of the provisions of such chapter
         THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section 1. Section 5 of chapter 259 of the laws of  2004  relating  to
    2  enacting  the  Coordinated  Construction  Act  for  Lower  Manhattan, as
    3  amended by chapter 231 of the laws  of  2004,  is  amended  to  read  as
    4  follows:
    5    S  5.  This  act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be
    6  deemed repealed December 31, [2014] 2024.
    7    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
        EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets
                             [ ] is old law to be omitted.
