        AN  ACT  to  amend  chapter  289 of the laws of 2021 amending the public
          health law relating to the provision of certain professional  services
          to children's camps and camps for children with developmental disabil-
          ities, in relation to the effectiveness thereof

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. Section 4 of chapter 289 of the laws of 2021  amending  the
     2  public  health  law  relating  to  the provision of certain professional
     3  services to children's camps and camps for children  with  developmental
     4  disabilities, is amended to read as follows:
     5    § 4. This act shall take effect [one year after it shall have become a
     6  law]  June 1, 2022. Effective immediately the addition, amendment and/or
     7  repeal of any rule or regulation necessary  for  the  implementation  of
     8  this  act  on  its effective date are authorized to be made on or before
     9  such date.
    10    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
