          Committee  on Governmental Operations in accordance with Assembly Rule
          3, sec. 2 -- committee discharged, bill amended, ordered reprinted  as
          amended and recommitted to said committee

        AN  ACT  relating to providing public awareness of COVID-19 programs and
          resources; and providing for the repeal of such provisions upon  expi-
          ration thereof

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. No later than sixty days after the effective date  of  this
     2  act,  the secretary of state shall begin publishing a comprehensive list
     3  of all COVID-19 related programs and resources available  to  consumers,
     4  student  loan  debtors,  senior  citizens, small businesses, renters and
     5  homeowners, which are implemented at the state level. Thereafter, when a
     6  new state-supported COVID-19 related resource or program becomes  avail-
     7  able,  the  information  required  by this act regarding that program or
     8  resource shall be posted on the department of  state  website  no  later
     9  than seven days after it becomes available.  Such information, including
    10  a summary or description of each such program or resource, shall be made
    11  available  on  a single webpage and shall provide a link to the internet
    12  site for each such program or resource if available.
    13    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire  December
    14  31,2024  when  upon such date the provisions of this act shall be deemed
    15  repealed.
