        Introduced  by  M.  of A. PEOPLES-STOKES -- (at request of the Office of
          Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation) -- read once and referred
          to the Committee on Governmental Operations
        AN ACT to amend the state administrative procedure act, in  relation  to
          the definition of a rule
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section 1. Subparagraph (xi) of paragraph  (b)  of  subdivision  2  of
     2  section  102  of  the  state  administrative procedure act is amended by
     3  adding a new clause 6 to read as follows:
     4    (6) for the use of any state park, recreational facility  or  historic
     5  site  under  the  jurisdiction  of  the  office of parks, recreation and
     6  historic preservation authorized by subdivision one of section 13.15  of
     7  the parks, recreation and historic preservation law.
     8    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
