       AN ACT to amend the tax law, in relation to exemptions from use  tax  on
         waterfront fuel purchases
         THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section 1. Section 1118 of the tax law is  amended  by  adding  a  new
    2  subdivision 13 to read as follows:
    3    (13) IN RESPECT TO THE SALE OF FUEL BY A MARINA OR OTHER WATERFRONT OR
    4  MARINE USE FUELING FACILITY FOR USE IN ANY TYPE OF WATER CRAFT.
    5    S  2.  This  act shall take effect on the thirtieth day after it shall
    6  have become a law.
