WOERNER -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Economic Development AN ACT to amend the alcoholic beverage control law, in relation to licensing restrictions for manufacturers and wholesalers of alcoholic beverages on licensees who sell at retail and for on-premises consump- tion The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Subparagraph (xiv) of paragraph (a) of subdivision 1 of 2 section 101 of the alcoholic beverage control law, as separately amended 3 by chapters 328 and 348 of the laws of 2022, and as renumbered by chap- 4 ter 304 of the laws of 2022, is amended and three new subparagraphs 5 (xvii), (xviii) and (xix) are added to read as follows: 6 (xiv) [ALSO ALL THOSE TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, situate, lying and7being in the Village of South Glens Falls, County of Saratoga and State8of New York, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:9BEGINNING at a point at the southwest corner of the herein described10parcel.
