       AN ACT to amend chapter 633 of the laws  of  2006  amending  the  public
         health  law  relating  to  the home based primary care for the elderly
         demonstration project, in relation to the effectiveness thereof
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section  1.  Section 2 of chapter 633 of the laws of 2006 amending the
    2  public health law relating to the home based primary care for the elder-
    3  ly demonstration project, as amended by chapter 373 of the laws of 2010,
    4  is amended to read as follows:
    5    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall  expire  and  be
    6  deemed repealed January 1, [2016] 2021.
    7    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.

                             [ ] is old law to be omitted.
