Paragraph (b) of subdivision 3 and paragraphs (a) and (b) 2 of subdivision 4 of section 247 of the elder law are amended to read as 3 follows: 4 (b) The point of sale co-payment amounts which are to be charged 5 eligible program participants shall be in accordance with the following 6 schedule: 7 For each prescription of covered drugs costing $15.00 or less 8 .....................................................
