          tee on Local Governments

        AN  ACT to repeal section 925-t of the general municipal law relating to
          the Town of Concord industrial development agency; and  providing  for
          the disposition of the assets thereof

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. Section 925-t of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
     2    § 2. Notwithstanding any other provision of law,  the  facilities  and
     3  operations  of the Town of Concord industrial development agency in Erie
     4  county, as established by chapter 629 of the laws  of  1980,  is  hereby
     5  dissolved. All unexpended funds, liabilities and property of the Town of
     6  Concord  industrial  development agency shall be transferred to the Town
     7  of Concord.
     8    § 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
