Subparagraph 1-d of paragraph a of subdivision 3 of section 2 271 of the highway law, as added by chapter 523 of the laws of 1986, is 3 amended to read as follows: 4 (1-d) [One] Two million six hundred thousand dollars in the town of 5 Brookhaven in Suffolk county [for replacement of equipment or replace-6ment for comparable use]. 7 § 2.
