CALHOUN -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Judiciary AN ACT to prohibit certain payments from the Judicial Supplemental Support Fund for the purpose of reimbursing judges for expenses related to services and goods in support of their judicial responsi- bilities THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: 1 Section 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Chief Judge 2 of the state of New York shall be prohibited from approving payments 3 from the Judicial Supplemental Support Fund to judges of the Unified 4 Court System for expenses for services and goods to support such judges 5 in the performance of their judicial responsibilities. 6 S 2.
