Summary
AN ACT relating to gaming; requiring the Nevada Gaming Commission to adopt certain regulations relating to gaming; retaining the jurisdiction of the Nevada Gaming Control Board and the Commission under certain circumstances; revising provisions relating to certain institutional investors; revising certain provisions governing voting by the Commission; authorizing the Commission to reduce, defer or forgive certain fees under certain circumstances; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
