Summary
AN ACT relating to crimes; revising provisions governing the crime of burglary of a business; revising provisions governing the crime of organized retail theft; lowering the monetary threshold for the classification of certain theft and related offenses; providing a penalty for certain conduct determined to be habitual theft; providing penalties; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
