Summary
AN ACT relating to guardianships; revising provisions regarding completion of an assessment of the needs of a proposed protected person; increasing the maximum value of the estate of a protected person for purposes of a summary administration; extending certain periods for filing inventories, accounts and winding up the affairs of guardianships; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
