Summary
AN ACT relating to domestic relations; revising provisions relating to the granting of a divorce and the disposition of certain pension or retirement benefits upon dissolution of marriage; revising provisions requiring certain documents to be provided before disbursement of certain pension or retirement benefits upon dissolution of marriage; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
