Summary
AN ACT relating to water; revising provisions governing certain assessments on water users; making an appropriation to the Division of Water Resources of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources for various projects relating to the management of water resources in this State and for the digitization of records and data of the Division; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
