Summary

AN ACT relating to emergency response; creating the Account for the Nevada School Safety Data Grant Program within the Division of Emergency Management of the Office of the Military to award grants to law enforcement agencies to procure school mapping data for public schools in this State; prescribing certain requirements for the use of grants received from the Account; authorizing the installation of master key boxes at public and private schools; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
