SYNOPSIS

     Makes Fiscal Year 2020 supplemental appropriation of $250,000 to Rutgers University - New Brunswick for School of Dental Medicine - Special Care Treatment Center.

A Supplement to  "An Act making appropriations for the support of the State Government and the several public purposes for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020 and regulating the disbursement thereof,"  approved 1June 301 , 2019 (P.L.2019,  c.11501 ).

 

     Be It Enacted by the Senate and the General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

 

     1.    In addition to the amounts appropriated under P.L.2019, c.11501, the annual State appropriations act for Fiscal Year 2020, there is appropriated out of the General Fund the following sum for the purpose specified:

 

74 DEPARTMENT OF STATE

30 Educational, Cultural, and Intellectual Development

36 Higher Educational Services

2410 Rutgers, the State University - New Brunswick

GRANTS-IN-AID

The amounts hereinabove appropriated for the School of Dental Medicine - Special Care Treatment Center shall be allocated for the purposes of hiring one additional dentist and paying for any costs associated with the addition of the dentist.   

 

     2.    This act shall take effect immediately.
