A Supplement to "An Act making appropriations for the support of the State Government and the several public purposes for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020 and regulating the disbursement thereof, " approved , 2019 (P.L.2019, c. ).
Be It Enacted by the Senate and the General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. In addition to the amounts appropriated under P.L.2019, c. , the annual State appropriations act for fiscal year 2020, there is appropriated out of the General Fund the following sum for the purpose specified:

2. This act shall take effect immediately.
STATEMENT
This bill supplements the FY 2020 appropriations act by appropriating $200,000 to the Delaware River Basin Commission. The anticipated appropriation for the Delaware River Basin Commission is $693,000 for FY 2020, $200,000 short of the State's full fair share of annual contributions by signatory parties to the commission. Based on the tacit agreement reached by commission members in 1988, New Jersey's full fair share of annual contributions by signatory parties is $893,000. This bill would provide the additional $200,000 necessary for New Jersey to reach its full fair share of funding for the commission.
