SYNOPSIS
Appropriates $5 million to the New Jersey Pediatric Cancer Fund.

An Act appropriating $5,000,000 to the New Jersey Pediatric Cancer Fund.
Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. a. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the New Jersey Pediatric Cancer Research Fund established pursuant to section 1 of P.L. , c. (C. ) (pending before the Legislature as Senate Bill No. 1431 or Assembly Bill No. 3800 of 2020/2021) the sum of $5,000,000 for pediatric cancer research projects.
b. As used in this section, "pediatric cancer research project" means the same as that term is defined in section 1 of P.L. , c. (C. ) (pending before the Legislature as Senate Bill No. 1431 or Assembly Bill No. 3800 of 2020/2021).
2. This act shall take effect immediately.
STATEMENT
This bill appropriates $5,000,000 to the New Jersey Pediatric Cancer Fund established pursuant to another bill pending in the current session, Senate Bill No. 1431 or Assembly Bill No. 3800 of 2020/2021, for pediatric cancer research projects.
