     Makes FY2021 supplemental appropriation of $1.5 million from General Fund to State Mosquito Control Commission.

A Supplement to "An Act making appropriations for the support of the State Government and the several public purposes for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021 and regulating the disbursement thereof," approved September 29, 2020 (P.L.2020, c.97).

 

     Be It Enacted by the Senate and the General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

 

     1.    In addition to the amounts appropriated under P.L.2020, c.97, there is appropriated out of the General Fund the following sum for the purpose specified:

 

42 DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

40 Community Development and Environmental Management

46 Environmental Planning and Administration

DIRECT STATE SERVICES

99-4800 Mosquito Control, Research, Administration and Operations

$1,500,000

Total Direct State Services Appropriation                                                                                                 

$1,500,000

      Environmental Planning and Administration.............

Direct State Services:

 

 

99    Mosquito Control, Research, Administration and Operations.

($1,500,000)

 

 

The amount hereinabove appropriated to the Mosquito Control, Research, Administration and Operations account shall be utilized to fund the activities of the State Mosquito Control Commission.

 

     2.    This act shall take effect immediately.

 

 

STATEMENT

 

     This bill would provide, for Fiscal Year 2021, a supplemental appropriation of $1.5 million from the General Fund to the State Mosquito Control Commission.
