STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen

 

AN ACT extending the date of the repeal of certain fees in the shoreland protection act.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

253:1  Shoreland Protection Act; Fees; Repeal; Effective Date.  Amend 2008, 5:28, II as amended by 2011, 224:408 to read as follows:

II.  Section 27 of this act shall take effect July 1, [2016] 2019.

253:2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
