STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven

AN ACT requiring the Pettengill Road project in Londonderry to be added to the state’s 10-year transportation improvement program.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Pettengill Road Project; Transportation Improvement Program. The department of transportation shall add the Pettengill Road project in Londonderry to the state’s 10-year transportation improvement program as outlined in RSA 240.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
