STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Three
AN ACT relative to school district information on personnel salaries.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; School Boards; Report to the Public. Amend RSA 189:28-a by inserting after paragraph II the following new paragraph:
III. School boards shall publish on each school or the district website a complete list of all position names and their annual or hourly salary.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
