STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Three
AN ACT relative to water bottle filling stations in schools.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 200:11-b, I, relative to the rulemaking authority of the state board of education to make rules pursuant to RSA 541-A on requirements for the installation of water bottle filling stations, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
