STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven
AN ACT relative to criteria for registration as a lobbyist.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 15:1, V(a)-(c), relative to certain types of public testimony excluded from consideration in determining whether a person is required to register as a lobbyist, are repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
