This bill repeals the limitation that persons engaged in seasonal employment for education institutions of the state or municipalities be ineligible for unemployment benefits.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve

AN ACT relative to unemployment compensation payments.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Repeal. RSA 282-A:31, IV, relative to benefit eligibility conditions, is repealed.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2012.
