AN ACT relative to securities advisory councils and committees.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen
AN ACT relative to securities advisory councils and committees.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Allegations of Fraudulent Sale of Securities; Advisory Council Investigation. Amend RSA 421-B:5-501 by inserting after paragraph (b) the following new paragraph:
(c) The secretary of state shall appoint an advisory council to aid in the enforcement of this chapter when a person complains of fraud committed regarding the sale or attempted sale of a security.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
