A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to disapprove Revisions to the Groundwater Corrective Action rule adopted by the Environmental Management Commission.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to G.S. 150B‑21.3(b1), 15A NCAC Subchapter 2L .0106, as adopted by the Environmental Management Commission on February 16, 2016, and approved by the Rules Review Commission on March 17, 2016, is disapproved.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
