SENATE BILL 808

 

 

AN ACT to establish a domestic violence review team in buncombe county.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

 

SECTION 1.  Section 5 of S.L. 2009‑52, as amended by S.L. 2013‑70 and S.L. 2013‑270, reads as rewritten:

"SECTION 5.  This act applies to Alamance County, Pitt County, Buncombe County, Mecklenburg County, Pitt County, and Wake County."

SECTION 2.  Section 5 of S.L. 2013‑70, as amended by S.L. 2013‑270, reads as rewritten:

"SECTION 5.  This act applies to the following counties: Alamance, Pitt, Buncombe, Mecklenburg, Pitt, and Wake."

SECTION 3.  This act is effective when it becomes law.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 28^th day of June, 2018.
