A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to have the legislative research commission study issues related to open enrollment and restructuring school districts.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  The Legislative Research Commission shall study issues related to restructuring school districts and open enrollment.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
