A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT to require north carolina state university to report annually to the senate and house of representatives appropriations subcommittees on natural and economic resources regarding the teachers in the agricultural education program department who meet twelve-month employment qualifications.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
SECTION 1. Each year, no later than February 1, North Carolina State University shall identify the teachers in the Agricultural Education Program in the Department of Agricultural and Extension Education who meet 12-month employment qualifications and report its findings in writing to the Senate and House of Representatives Appropriations Subcommittees on Natural and Economic Resources.
SECTION 2. This act is effective when it becomes law.
