A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to study beneficial uses of coal combustion by‑products.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  The Legislative Research Commission shall study the beneficial uses of coal combustion products and by‑products.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
