A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT appropriating CDBG funds to the department of commerce for scattered site housing.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Of the community development block grant funds appropriated to the State by the federal government for fiscal year ending June 30, 2014, the sum of twelve million eight hundred thousand dollars ($12,800,000) shall be appropriated to the Department of Commerce for Scattered Site Housing.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2013.
