A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to make parallel the photo identifications needed to vote in person and vote curbside.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  G.S. 163‑166.9(b)(2), as enacted by S.L. 2013‑381, is repealed.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective January 1, 2016.
