A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT abolishing the office of coroner in cleveland county.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
SECTION 1. The office of coroner in Cleveland County is abolished.
SECTION 2. Chapter 152 of the General Statutes is not applicable to Cleveland County.
SECTION 3. This act is effective on the earlier of a vacancy in the office of coroner in Cleveland County or the expiration of the current term of office in 2018.
