A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to appropriate funds to install seating and a sound system at the southeastern north carolina AGRICULTURAL events center.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services the sum of seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) for the 2017‑2018 fiscal year to install seating and a sound system at the Southeastern North Carolina Agricultural Events Center.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2017.
