A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT to repeal a statute requiring ballot instructions in both english and spanish in certain counties.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
SECTION 1. G.S. 163‑165.5A is repealed.
SECTION 2. This act is effective when it becomes law.
