A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to appropriate funds for a farmers market in Scotland County.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the City of Laurinburg the sum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for the 2017‑2018 fiscal year to support the development and promotion of a farmers market in the City of Laurinburg serving Scotland County and the surrounding region.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2017.
