A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to disapprove a rule adopted by the Environmental Management Commission and approved by the rules review commission.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.   Pursuant to G.S. 150B‑21.3(b1), 15A NCAC 02B .0307 (New River Basin), as adopted by the Environmental Management Commission on January 1, 2012, and approved by the Rules Review Commission on February 16, 2012, is disapproved.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
