A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to disapprove a rule adopted by the north carolina board of funeral services.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to G.S. 150B‑21.3(b1), 21 NCAC 34A .0201 (Fees and Other Payments) as adopted by the Board of Funeral Services on September 11, 2013, and approved by the Rules Review Commission on October 17, 2013, is disapproved.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
