A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to appropriate additional funds for the new public health lab.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Department of Administration the sum of four hundred twenty‑eight thousand three hundred sixty‑one dollars ($428,361) for the 2012‑2013 fiscal year for the maintenance of the new state‑of‑the‑art Public Health Lab to ensure building systems are properly supported to meet the critical public health and medical examiner requirements.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2012.
